Gibbon rescued from church

On November 28, after receiving information about the animal from an ENV network volunteer, ENV’s Ho Chi Minh City office conducted an investigation of Dac Lo Church and found a female gibbon. ENV learned that the gibbon belonged to the Bishop and had been at the church for four years. The Bishop was happy to transfer the gibbon to the Cu Chi Rescue Center after discussions with ENV, which arrived at its new home on December 9 in good health.
