Binh Thuan: A long-tailed macaque kept at Phan Thiet City
On October 23, after receiving information from a foreign tourist about a long-tailed macaque being kept at a shop in Ham Tien ward, Phan Thiet City, ENV immediately contacted Phan Thiet FPD to report the case. On October 25, Phan Thiet authorities observed the macaque and confiscated it from the site. Authorities plan to transfer the macaque to a nature reserve. The subject is still waiting for punishment.
