Loris transferred to Ba Vi National Park
On January 27, a about 600-700 gram Pygmy loris (Nycticebus pygmaeus) was transferred to Ba Vi National Park by the park’s officers with the assistance of ENV. ENV’s Wildlife Crime Hotline had received a call from a resident wanting to voluntarily hand over the loris after finding it wandering the streets. ENV immediately contacted Ba Vi NP who agreed to receive the loris where it will be housed before being released back into the wild.
