Quang Ninh bear investigation televised

On March 29, a report on was aired on VTV2. The report once more highlighted the issue of bears being kept illegally at farms so that their bile could be sold to foreign tourists and the report also calls up authorities needs to introduce effective methods to bring an end to this illegal activity.
