40kg of tiger, bear bones in restaurant

Nearly 40 kilos of animal bone glue were found on Sunday in Hai Nam restaurant, Le Trong Tan Street, Ha Dong District, said the Ha Noi Department of Environmental Police.
The bones were allegedly identified to be tiger and bear bones. However, Bui Quang Hai, 54, the owner of the restaurant, only admitted to the police that the bones only included about 9 kilos of monkey bones, 20 kilos of goat bones and 9 kilos of stag- antlers.
