Exotic wildlife seized in northeastern province

Quang Ninh (VNA) – Police from the northeastern province of Quang Ninh have seized over 150 kg of reptiles.

The wildlife animals, including 48 kg of varan (varanus salvator) and 105 kg of ptyas korros, were transported by Nguyen Van Hung, 31, who is residing in the province’s Mong Cai town.

They were then handed over to the provincial rangers to release into forest.
