Thai Binh: 13 pairs of elephant ivories confiscated
On May 23, Thai Binh traffic police discovered and confiscated 13 pairs of elephant ivories being carried by a 12-seat car at Highway 10 in Thai Binh province. The case was transferred to Thai Binh economic police for further investigation.
