Wildlife Protection Club in Ho Chi Minh City established
On July 27, the Action for Wildlife Volunteer Club in Ho Chi Minh City was launched with the participation of 43 volunteers. Following the launch, club members were provided with training on monitoring skills, basic species identification and practice in the field. During the two practice sessions, a total of 49 business establishments were surveyed. Local clubs are part of ENV’s new initiative to ensure better local coordination of volunteers in their wildlife crime monitoring and survey tasks. A similar club was also established in Da Nang City in the middle of July.
