ENV’s activities

Training course on Communication and Environmental Education in Tam Dao
A ten-day course on communication and environmental education for ten staff from 5 Northern national parks and nature reserves has been organized at ENV’s National Environmental Education Training Center in Tam Dao National Park. This training program is an integral component of ENV’s partnership with Toyota Motor Vietnam (TMV). Together ENV and TMV are jointly implementing the cooperative project ‘GO GREEN - for the Preservation of Nature’. The GO GREEN project is designed to increase environmental awareness in Vietnam’s Nature Preservation Areas through education and training and applying the ENV Tam Dao model to other National Parks in Vietnam.

During the training course, ENV will help trainees to develop programs on environmental education and   provide them with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively implement these programs in their national parks or nature reserves. Upon completion of the course, selected representatives will be awarded a small grant to put their environmental education programs into practice.
